Evaluation is necessary and suggested because immigration to a foreign country involves putting at stake your money and valuable time. Visa to any country cannot be guaranteed hence one should be careful before investing one's resources in this field. Our Evaluation report will act as a preliminary checklist for taking your decision that whether or not to go in for an immigration process of a country.

Hence it's wise to first take our Evaluation and then decide upon a particular visa.

About visa:

This Canadian immigration Self-Employed Program is designed to attract those applicants who intend and are able to become self-employed in Canada. Self-employed persons who intend to live in Quebec are not eligible under this program and should apply under the Quebec Self-Employed Program.

To qualify for this program, applicants must have the relevant experience, intention and ability to either:

• make a significant contribution to the cultural or sporting life in Canada as artisans or as athletes at an international level;

Or

• Purchase and manage a farm in Canada.

Relevant Experience is defined as:

• at least two years experience of participation in cultural activities or athletics at a world-class level;
• at least two years experience of self-employment in cultural activities of athletics; or
• at least two years of farm management experience

The points for each parameter differ and the eligibility for each parameter is measured differently. Hence a very thorough and intense study is required to check whether you score the required points or not.

How can I qualify to immigrate to Canada as a self-employed person?

To qualify as a self-employed person, you must have two years of relevant experience and show that you intend to become self-employed in Canada.

You must also score at least 35 points on a selection grid designed to determine whether you will be able to make an economic contribution to Canada.
